Spouse's New Toy

This weekend has been so fun. Spouse purchased a new UTV called a RZR and it has been so much fun to ride around on. Pet loves a good ride.

Best buds taking a ride around on the property.

 Riding off into the sunset.

Offspring and I rode together with spouse and loved every minute. I squealed having so much fun that when I looked down at offspring she was smiling really big.

I can see it now. "Dad, I want to drive. Come on, please!!!!"

One of the many things I am excited about is that we are getting a tiller to add to the back of it and it will till my garden in half the time it does to use my walk behind tiller.

The Smells and Looks of Fall in the Air

Our little fall pumpkin enjoying the warm breeze in her face.

She loved watching the kids playing and running around.

Emma, offspring's new best friend, was going around and picking out little pumpkins for her.

We joined Jeff, Sara, and Emma Mayer for a fun fall day. In this picture Emma is jumping on the big inflatable pillow. Can't wait until offspring can join her.

 The fun tube slides!!! Weeeeee!!!

Spouse and I agreed that we would love to have a piglet that just stayed little for our property. How fun would it be to see offspring running around trying to catch her piggy and yelling, "Wilbur!"

 Jacob Sheep resting.

Pygmy goats enjoying being fed by the kiddies.

Sara and her offspring Emma. Such fun friends!!!

Hoovers, Hoovers Everywhere

Jay, Amy, Maya and Cain came to visit us and play with the goats, llamas, and donkey. It was such a fun time. We pretended to be horses and do jumps. Love Maya's and Cain's imagination! This age is what I am looking forward to with our offspring.

 Chasing the goats. Get 'em!

Offspring loved her Aunt Amy...

 ... and her cousin Maya.

Swinging on the tire swing in the barn. Between this, feeding the animals, & laughing you could not have asked for a more fun & relaxing time.

Reading, Playing, Watching, & Crocheting

Playing and laughing with daddy. Offspring has been laughing and talking so much in the last month that spouse and I agree that once she starts talking she won't stop. I am looking forward to it because I can't wait to see what all she has to tell me.

I have started a new adventure. A friend of mine made a baby blanket for offspring and decided I want to start making creative things along with her. She and I are going to start having crocheting nights to relax, crochet, and enjoy great conversation.

Offspring loves the colors and movement of our television. She also likes singing and talking to the figures that move on the screen. She is watching the Food Network along side with momma.

She is sitting up so well by herself. So proud of all the daily feats she is accomplishing.

I have a daily reading time with offspring. My love for the Berenstain Bears brings back so many childhood memories. Such great lessons they teach. In this stack we are reading the following books:
"How Do I Love You?" by Marion Dane Bauer; "Little Owl's Night" by Divya Srinivasan; "The Berenstain Bears and the Truth" by Stan & Jan Berenstain; "The Berenstain Bears and the Bully"; "The Berenstain Bears and the Week at Grandma's"; "The Berenstain Bears and the Messy Room"; "The Berenstain Bears Learn about Strangers"; " The Berenstain Bears Think of Those in Need"; "The Berenstain Bears Lend a Helping Hand"; "The Berenstain Bears and the Trouble with Friends".
